Health and safety is also positioned at the forefront of our business. As such, we make sure that all on-site personnel understand health and safety and this knowledge is underpinned by weekly Tool-Box talks. Our operatives and other visitors are also fully inducted onto sites and are made aware of the activities that are scheduled to occur whilst they are working.

All of our solar installations have a detailed programme covering work operation, resources, plant and materials. Logistics play a significant role in the construction of large scale solar parks with thousands of different components being delivered. It is incumbent upon the Project Manager to clearly define the site access, a marshalling area, turning circle, unloading/storage compound and a clear, dedicated exit route. This allows materials to flow smoothly and efficiently whilst minimising any disruption to the local community.
