Monitoring
ROC Energy recognises the importance of knowing how solar installations are performing and in order to support this, our helpdesk collects data from the installations that we manage at up to 20 milisecond intervals. This produces data in vast quantities which is then consolidated using protocol data software.
This monitoring data is carefully analysed to allow us to react rapidly to any issues that may arise. If issues cannot be rectified remotely, one of our engineers will be dispatched to provide a resolution in accordance with the performance and service level conditions of the O&M contract.
