ROC Energy offers a bespoke service for the operational and maintenance requirements of the solar installations that we sustain. This can range from fully output performance guaranteed services that underwrite agreed service level agreements in relation to yield through to a general monitoring and fault notification contracts, as required by the solar park owner.

Our operational maintenance services encompass:

A typical service contract that we offer provides a full time operation with daily performance checks via our online monitoring programmes. As part of this full O&M contract, we carry out weekly, monthly and quarterly onsite checks to ensure optimum performance of the project. 

We also carry out grounds maintenance and inspect fencing, gates, locks, CCTV and the alarm systems to help prevent faults and damage occurring now or in the future. The undeveloped area around the plant can continue to be used to graze sheep enabling vegetation to be effectively controlled 24 hours a day thus providing additional benefits to the landowner.
