ROC is experienced in the installation of solar facilities on to most roof types. These facilities provide landlords with either new income streams or the ability to reduce electricity costs for a building.

For roofs occupying over 1,000 square metres, we can install solar systems that provide one of the following:

Option A:       A fixed rental rate that is index linked for 20 years.

Option B:       A percentage of electricity generated and exported to the grid.       

Option C:       Subsidised or fixed price power dependent upon the approach to asset financing.

Options A and B are available where ROC rents landlord owned roof space.

Option C is available if the landlord wishes to finance the facility.
